Alexis is a dedicated personal injury attorney and the founder of Alexis Greene Law, a female-owned law firm proudly serving clients across East Tennessee. A native of the region, Alexis returned home to advocate for individuals and families who have been seriously injured — standing up for those who have been wronged and deserve a voice with compassion, strength, and integrity.
Alexis earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Business from the University of Tennessee. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law where she was awarded both the San Diego County Bar Association Diversity Fellowship Scholarship and the Law Honors Scholarship for her academic excellence and commitment to justice.
During law school, Alexis gained hands-on experience through a series of rigorous internships that laid the foundation for her client-centered approach today. Through her work in civil litigation, and at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office, she honed her litigation, negotiation, and trial advocacy skills.

After law school, Alexis began her career as an associate attorney where she focused on complex civil litigation, employment law, and personal injury. Her early experience representing plaintiffs gave her a unique perspective in anticipating opposing strategies — a strength she now leverages to protect her clients’ rights with confidence and precision.
Since launching Alexis Greene Law in July 2025, Alexis has devoted her practice exclusively to personal injury cases, including trucking and motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, wrongful death claims, and insurance bad faith disputes. She is a federally appointed attorney and has secured significant results for her clients.
Known for her compassionate advocacy and client-first philosophy, Alexis approaches each case with the belief that every client deserves to be heard, respected, and represented with care.
